I had never even heard of red light therapy before I stepped into Tropitana, but after going a few time, I was hooked. Not only is it super relaxing, I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin; fine lines appeared to be less visible and overall skin tone appeared more smooth. I definitely recommend it!

On a whim I decided to try using the infrared sauna as I suffer from a chronic medical condition and am so glad I did! I feel better physically and even mentally. It's absolutely relaxing and I look forward to going each time. The room is always clean and even stocked with complimentary water to keep you hydrated which is a nice little perk!
