I called BJ at Tropigas of Florida about my swimming pool heater late Friday afternoon. On Monday, they were at my door ready to work. It was such a positive experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and gave great explanations of what he was doing on the services he was providing. The work he did was flawless. From start to finish a great experience. Great customer service. The Tropigas guys were excellent with attentiveness, service ease and professionalism. They came out with a great quote and a week later installed our new pool heater which only took one day. Highly recommend!

Revising my review. I had an issue and called them for service. There was no discussion on the price, precious service calls were covered under warranty. I appreciated the came out the same day - the tech discovered the issue within 5 min - the skimmer flap was stuck and with a push of a finger, was back in working order. Price for the 5 min was $170!
