BJ was fantastic! Spoke to him on Monday about our pool pump that stopped working. He said someone would be out Tuesday afternoon. On time the repair man showed up, replaced the pump, and it was under warranty. Outstanding communication and service. Highly recommend!
I called BJ at Tropigas of Florida about my swimming pool heater late Friday afternoon. On Monday, they were at my door ready to work. It was such a positive experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and gave great explanations of what he was doing on the services he was providing. The work he did was flawless. From start to finish a great experience.
