Tropics Hotel isn’t perfect, but after spending a month here, I think it offers genuinely great value for South Beach. My biggest issue was I booked about a week before arriving and received no notice that the pool was closed. Even the check-in information sent the day before my arrival, likely templated, referenced the pool. It was an important part of why I chose the hotel, so I was understandably pretty miffed. Pésima experiencia. Me confirmaron por teléfono que me devolverían el dinero y, después de eso, simplemente no respetaron lo que me habían dicho. Cuando intenté hacer seguimiento y solucionar el problema, tuve que insistir varias veces para obtener respuestas. Al final, terminé perdiendo dinero por algo que inicialmente me habían confirmado que sería reembolsado. Y para peor, la manager incluso me dijo que podían eliminar mi reseña negativa.
