We haven’t even arrived at this hotel yet, and we’re already extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. We booked our stay two months ago through Booking.com, specifically based on the amenities and information advertised at the time of booking. One of those advertised amenities was complimentary shuttle service, which was an important factor in making our reservation. SCAM!!!!! Son unos estafadores, cuando llegamos el alojamiento, no ten�a absolutamente nada que ver con las fotos que se publican en Booking. Todo estaba muy descuidado, la piscina totalmente verde y por lo tanto, imposible ba�arse en ella, a pesar de que ellos dec�an que estaba abierta, no hay servicio de habitaciones, basura y muy mal olor en los pasillos, la habitaci�n apenas tiene luz, el ba�o dabas asco, y as� podr�a seguir…. Soys unos estafadores! El hotel esta en super mal estado, las fotos no corresponden con el hotel. Nos tubimos que ir porque no correspondia y no podias estar alli de lo mal que esta todo. Al sol�licitar el rembolso nos dijeron que si, pero luego en booking dijeron que el hotel no lo aprobava.
