Fine selection
Bruce took the time to walk the entire store with my wife and I giving us feedback on all the options we had. If you haven't been to the store, that is a long walk and a tremendous amount of options. He even indulged us when we came back a couple of days later to make sure our choice worked size and comfort wise for my mother in-law. There was one hiccup when a wrong piece was delivered, but one phone call to Bruce and it was corrected within a few days. This place has always been wonderful to work with. We have been buying furniture from them for 20 years and they consistently have the best selection and prices. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!
Spent about $4k on two backyard umbrellas. Delivery team was great, but unfortunately one base didn’t fit under an existing table. Went back to Tropicraft to pick up a low profile base only to be admonished by our sales person because we didn’t buy the table set from Tropicraft. She’s impossible to work with and assigned blame to everyone else. Besides insulting us, we witnessed the derogatory way she treated her staff. No way to run a small business.
