RecommendedWe love the location & price. Mostly good neighbors, respectful of noise & privacy. Minimal water & insect issues addressed quickly. Front rental office is friendly & always helpful. Decorated nicely for holidays with shared celebrations. Safe convenient parking, secure mail & amply equipped low cost laundry rooms. disgusting service. employees are lazy and unprofessional. they keep shutting water off because of repairs but they have been doing that since 2017. And they still cant fixt. Their maintenance crew look like if they are always tired. Each year they keep charging more and more for rent. Premises are dirty as hell. Smelly and lots of homeless digging in the trash cans. wothless place.
I thank God for not renting me in this place. I never checked the comments well and then after my experience I do not recommend anyone to rent! Tenants talk about cockroaches, mice, maintenance issues. Terrible!! also as they do not accept people who have a stable job, with a good income of money (double the rent). The location of these open and risky apartments that anyone enters and steals from you, is surrounded by homeless, full of insecurity! A star would be too much. Now I am in a much better, safe and happy place!
I think its a beautiful development with a great floor plan and excellent location for a more than fair price. Yes there are roaches and they are always shutting the water to fix the plumbing but they give you time to prepare. Overall I think it's a rare find. A property this beautiful with all the ammenities for a more than fair price. I especially love the extra counter and sink in the master bedroom!
You get what you pay for. quiet. nice staff. lived here for 2 years never had a problem
Some tenants say they have bug problems , not me. Management was good in getting things fixed for me. Of course I wasn't here all the time because I went back to California on a regular bases and only lived here part time.
