Not affordable at all. The rental price should vary based on income (not for approval). Seniors, Military, Medical should get a discount rate. The handyman service is horrible and not efficient to renters needs.
This place has the worst maintenance at Horizon Palms. And If you place a complaint nothing gets done about the problem. We have dog feces, spider webs, and all kinds of trash all around the complex. Do not rent here
