This company has people coming and going all hrs of the night. You never know if that person is there to store things or break into yours! I would never store anything here. Unfortunately I hear parties all night in their back parking lot bc I live next door. So fed up with this place and i have complained about the noise to the manager and that seems to get me nowhere so now I'm going to the police and the city to rectify this issue

Outstanding Service from Rodrigo at U-Haul Tropicana! I rented a truck yesterday and Rodrigo went above and beyond to help me out. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. He double-checked everything, explained the details clearly, and even helped me with the equipment setup. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, Rodrigo definitely does. Highly recommend this location and make sure to ask for him!

Awesome place for all your storage needs. The staff, especially Mark and Diego are some awesome people that listen and are always ready to answer your questions and even give other ideas to always help with your concerns and payments. Awesome site and proper 5 star people!
