Martin, who handles warranty repairs after the home sales, is absolutely unreliable. The concept of time commitment and courtesy is absent with this guy. Perhaps the entire company, Tropicana. Be aware. 8 am appointments are never 8 am. You as a customer must call, text or whatever because Martin and others working for this company ignores the concept of customer service.
