I just moved in here so far so good I used to work in high end sky rise buildings in New York in the service we gave with maintenance there. Quick to send emails when they address tenant issues but fail to resolve or respond timely to issues with units. Laundry on site never works. Pool and wifi are not nice enough amenities to make up the difference. “Newly renovated” in outward appearance only.
