I lived in the Brookside Bluffs building for two years and would recommend to anyone! We were the first tenants in our apartment and everything was an nice. Great soft close cabinets, range cooking top, spacious living room and island. The management was SO responsive to any needs or request we had. I appreciated the hospitality and stay here.
I have lived at the Brookside Bluffs Apartments for 2 years, and it has been great! The building is nice and modern with updated finishes. I always have felt safe here and never had any issues! Maintenance responds quickly and Felicia is so easy to communicate with! I would recommend Brookside Bluffs to anyone.

It's alright as a complex. They do maintenance quickly most of the time. The tenants are mostly rooming college students, so if you have issues with people coming home late at night on weekends/what having college roommate neighbors can lead to (some parties/other noise was common) then this isn't the place for you. On the other hand if you're the type I mentioned, this place is probably great.
