I would not recommend Tropicana Animal Hospital for care for you pet. Specifically with Dr. A Ralston. My dog was attacked by a coyote who had my dog by the throat. The coyote was shaking him as they do to kill their prey. I began screaming my dogs name "Sparky" and ran up to attack the coyote and as I did that the coyote who let him drop onto the ground. Horrible service waited for 7 hours for nothing but bad service and miscommunication!
Open 24hrs a day. No appointment needed. Very caring staff. Dr. Ralston was our Vet who was knowledgeable and considerate. She gave us 3 care options explaining the risks as well as costs. We really liked this doctor and will definitely keep coming back for any Veterinary needs.

I would honestly recommend this vets office to anyone. Dr. Lay and all staff truly worked so hard for my puppy and although the outcome wasn’t favorable they were able to help me every step of the way and answer any questions I had. I was short on funds and they helped me with as much as they could I am truly grateful for their office.
