This place just wants to take your money. No empathy for you and your pet. My bfs cat passed tonight. This place wasted their time and weren't thorough with her blood test results. She was having severe internal issues and they just gave her eye and ear drops and sent her away. Other vet practices go over with you your pets blood results, give suggestions on doing an ultrasound and/or xray and the reasoning why they suggest that and what they want to make sure depending on your pets symptoms. If,I could give this place a Zero. This place isn't the same anymore. They used to be,friendly and compassive of all your needs, now seems that, they care less and there goals is to bring more number $$ in. I waited in my car for over three 3.5 hours with my sick puppy with diarrhea for them to tell me that, I still need it to waite.. who knows till when. I end it up going somewhere. Just not very professional and compassion
I cannot even express how much I LOVE this place, you will NOT find a more caring, more compassionate, and frankly more affordable animal hospital than this, we've brought several animals here over many, many years, and they're 24 hrs since animals don't care about business hours Recently we had to say Aloha to a long time family member, and once again, this team exceeded anything we could have expected, and we are so very grateful... I brought my cat in on emergency, breathing issues. I sat in the lobby with several staff members around and was not even greeted In a 15 min time span. I left and went to another hospital as my baby needed EMERGENCY CARE. Went to Veg in Henderson and was triaged as soon as I walked in the door and my cat was immediately put on oxygen. EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED.
