They seem to be very friendly but a bit short on towels. I took to keeping my hand towels and washing them so I did not have to ask for any. Smart TV's would be better.

Staff was friendly enough but unfortunately the building is run down. In-room AC barely works and it’s loud. Door to the balcony was jammed and wouldn’t slide open or closed properly. The hot water was also hit or miss. Phone in the room didn’t work. The bed was nice and big but too hard. Hallways were hot and stuffy and you could see parts of the walls that had started crumbling and making a mess on the floor. It’s basically very cheap motel quality in a mid rise building. The service with front desk is horrible don't know what they are doing far as check in had to wait about a hour for that don't know how to check in big groups at all especially when it comes in with a bus. Also request a extra blanket the am front desk person need he would let housekeepers know an hour later went by still no blanket. Then went downstairs to ask front what is going on with the blanket he said sorry housekeeping just came in why didn't you say I had to wait for them to come in he had no communication at all

Checked into this hotel with expectations of a clean room and facility. Our rooms ceiling was cracking and falling all over the bed and pillows. The room had obvious water damage and they have placed humidifiers throughout the hotel I am assuming to help with the mold issues. The outdoor shower does not work so the outdoor pool is full of sand and very cloudy like they have not been treating it.
