I bought my car 1 1/2+ years ago. It is a very good car. I hadn t had any problems with them until they stopped being in the office. Since Aug i have slid my payments under the door. And they usually send in the code. I have had a few times that i had to call for codes and wait a day or so. Which is hard when you work 60 hrs a week and go to school. Unfortunately I purchased a car from this car lot as well. All I heard from the moment I walked in was how different they were from other dealers. That turned out to be a complete lie. They told me how they had the vehicle inspected but I had to put brakes on it the first 2 weeks I owned it. When the front suspension went out on week 4, I was told they would not cover that either but could get me a "wholesale price" on the repair. DO NOT deal with this car lot. The van I purchased has been nothing but problems and now they are refusing to release the title even though I paid off the account. They just keep wanting more money. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!! GO ELSEWHERE!
I have never experienced such lying, underhanded, dishonest, deceptive, fraudulent cheaters in my life. DO NOT EVEN GO TO THIS PLACE, LET ALONE BUY A CAR FROM TROPICAL. There isnt enough room to tell you about all of the horrible things Tropical has done to me and so many others. People have actually protested outside this business due to Tropical knowingly selling innocent people defective cars and trucks. I have bought 2 cars from Tropical Truck in the past couple years and would glady by a 3rd. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
