My daughter's transmission went Kaput driving from WV to Oklahoma City. Her friend lived in Frankfort and recommended Freddie. Not only was he fast, but he made sure it was Right. I think he was more worried than we were about it being perfect. Fantastic job, would ABSOLUTELY recommend.
I was very impressed with the service. I had a bad transmission and he was able to fix it very quickly, and for $2k less than what another place quoted. He is very knowledgeable and also stands behind his work with a warranty. The customer service and quality of work here is excellent. Very honest and easy to deal with. I have never had a better experience at a mechanic.
Freddy the owner stayed late so I could drop my wife’s vehicle off to him. I thought we had transmission trouble he figured out that it was simply the engine misfiring and fixed it for us. Awesome, honest, friendly family mechanic! Would recommend anybody go to Tropical Transmission for service!
Very pleased with the service I received here he is very honest and very reasonable on his price. I took my truck to a different garage first they told me the Transmission was going bad and it was going to be 8000 dollars so I called Tropical Transmission and told him what it was doing he said sounded like the fluid and filter needed changed so I took it to him and he evaluated it and said that’s what it needed. I highly recommend Tropical Transmission. This guy is good and honest
