RecommendedSuper friendly staff and Knowledgeable! Very clean and large rooms. Beds are consistently updated (new bulbs, etc...). Extended hours!

Unauthorized charge to my account during the coronavirus Pandemic. Didn’t even know this store was back open. No call or email asking if I wanted to continue my tanning membership when this would be a big no during the time of pandemic. Charged me $164, they’ve been closed for months and why were customers not called first before charged or let known that they were even back open. This is bs and unauthorized charge which I consider stolen money.
Such a beautiful salon! Always clean, gorgeous equipment, top notch staff that are always going above and beyond to ensure you get the beautiful results you’re seeking! Def a 5-Star rating!

Very unprofessional. can't keep track of payments.. can't figure out how to give receipts..constant overcharges! 18 year customer and can't get into tan over a payment. HUGE disappointment. Shame on you tropical tan!!
I have been going here for over 5 years and in doing so given thousands of dollars for this businesses service. I just had surgery and am unable to tan for several months. when I went to cancel I was told they are going to continue to charge me for 2 more months for no reason what so ever. I am not in a contract and now am not coming back to this rip off business that steals from loyal customers when they cancel service. If I could do a Zero Star I would!! I have been a client of tropical tan on and off for over 15 years. Due to severe medical issues and bills I canceled my account in October understanding they would still need to bill me in November due to the cancelation timeline policy. I was charged in November and December. I called multiple times and it took me going into the salon at the edmonds location to get answers.
