Not very sure what the last person was talking about with the bag worms. I had the same problem on my arborvitaes and Tropical State tree service came over the same day I called. They sprayed my bushes and advised me to cut them off after being sprayed. The advice the owner gave me was actually very beneficial to saving my arborvitaes They are a wonderful family company and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to save sick trees and bushes.
We had a very bad experience with this company. They did respond to our call immediately, and that may be the only good thing I can say. They came and sprayed, however when we called for follow up they told us to go pick the bugs out of the trees ourselves... (seriously!!! ) We will never use them again. I would not recommend this company.
The worst. Tried them a few years ago. Ripped me off for numerous charges.
