I went to this location to get my free smoothie for the frontline workers and they do not do it at this location. Every other location in Orlando is doing it except for this one and the staff is very rude.

I waited too long to order and to pay for my order but other than that the service was really great and the food was Delicious and I will sure go back to Tropical smoothie and I would recommend it to other people

Awful experience last night and when I called to speak to someone even though the hours said they were open there was still no answer. every single part of my order was wrong. All three smoothies and both sandwiches were each made incorrectly, and every side was missing, including the additional ones.
