Good food and good quality of service. Very welcoming hospitality.
Tropical Smoothie has bad customer service. I visited the one in Morgan Park, IL on 119th on 10/2/25. Had a bad smoothie and manager did nothing to rectify the situation. The smoothie cost $10. The manager was rude and dismissive. Will not spend money here again.
MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I saw Tropical Smoothie Cafes sharing this ad and added it to my calendar to come back for the free smoothie. I was charged full price because I was not wearing flip flops. In hindsight, the ad is referring to National Flip Flop Day (so a tropical Sunrise Sunset smoothie makes sense) and says "grab your flip flops," which is an implication at best and a reference to the holiday, but not even in the fine print does it say wearing flip flops is a requirement for this offer. Fátima and her team took such good care of me. It was a mishap on my order and I called and was able to come back in to the perfect solution. Everyone is always so kind when I come in as well! Thank you and I’m glad I found this place for one of my go to’s for lunch
