I love Tropical Smoothie, but my sunrise sunset from this location was watered down beyond the point of being drinkable. Very disappointing

The smoothies were delicious but the wait was ridiculous. We waited over 20 minutes for 3 smoothies, 1 of which came out 10 minutes after the first 2.
I Waited for 20 min and not once did one employee say welcome or hi or how can ai help you. The only person that did was a lady that asked me are u OK and how long you been waiting and apologized and she said she was there for a managers position amd I thought wow amd she says she is sorry for the staff. Finally Kathy says to.me me lol we lost it. I wasn't amused if I where you I.hope you hired the blond that asked me how I was.
