I Waited for 20 min and not once did one employee say welcome or hi or how can ai help you. The only person that did was a lady that asked me are u OK and how long you been waiting and apologized and she said she was there for a managers position amd I thought wow amd she says she is sorry for the staff. This place gets overwhelmingly busy with a bunch of teenagers running it. We ordered 2 drinks. Took 25 min to get 1. Then they just start working on other orders. I was like hey I have 2 drinks and the girl says all snotty 'all the orders are mixed up'. Ummmm why? Cuz teens don't know how to run an efficient business and their customer service is even worse. Unfortunately the Only Person that Makes good smoothies Is there Manager. Almost Every time I have went in to get one from anyone else it was very watered down, not the consistency of A smoothie. I can definitely find green drinks anywhere, was hoping To enjoy how they Use to make them.
Normally this location is GREAT! We just got our smoothies (2/15/26) this morning. They are both watered down. Usually our smoothies from here are great. So hopefully the person that served us will do better.
I'm in Love with these Acai bowls. The dragon fruit bowl is the best option though. 💯 I come here everytime I'm in Branson
