Found a hair in my food , when I called up there the cashier was in the background mocking me saying “ she calms there’s a hair in her food “ while the manger is talking to me . Like girl there is most definitely hair . Disgusting .
Several of my friends told me not to go here because there’s a cashier there that avoids black people. I didn’t want to believe them at first. I love Tropical Smoothie. But then I visited the store. I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes to place my order, or at least be acknowledged. Nothing. The brown haired cashier in the long-sleeved shirt even glance at me a couple times, but wouldn’t come to the register. I’ve visited every Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Central Florida and this one is by far the CLEANEST one I’ve seen! The food was fresh, smoothie was smooth, and the service was top tier. Vana took my order with a smile and she credited Taylor for keeping the places spotless. 10/10 recommend! Great job to the entire staff!!
