Thank you Madyson Emma, and their manager Korrie for being so kind today during my visit. Today when I visited there was a lady's baseball team in the lobby and when I entered three of them said "oh I'm scared" when they noticed I was disabled with a cane. Without any questions when I said something to the staff they jumped into action and made sure they knew they did not welcome this sort of behavior from anyone even guests. Thank you for being the change in the world we want to see
I love Tropical Smoothie... but this isnt the first time Ive had weird service. I just literally walked our 2 minutes ago. J had an order placed ahead. I stood there for a number of minutes with no one speaking to me. Even employee saw me and no one said anything. I saw what appeared to be my order sitting there. After around 5 minutes, I finally asked, "Is that an order for Amber?" It was. I dont over the top service, but yeah... an acknowledgement and handing my food over thats just sitting there would be nice.
Smoothie's are great. Friendly staff.
