Ok. Now this is the 2nd TSC ive been to recently that has really gone downhill in everything. First STOP ASKING IF I WANT TO LEAVE A TIP when paying. It is the biggest turn off. Your employees are NOT doing anything special but their regular job. They are not serving me. They are taking my order at the counter and making food. Chikfila people do more than that, they stand outside taking orders and running food to you and they don’t ask for a tip. Your food! Wtfluff happened?? Quick service but the staff just seemed so miserable. And the bathrooms are filthy. My smoothie was made perfect though.
Busy yet clean location (Monticello). Very friendly staff and very efficient with the orders.
