The smoothie was very watery. Great flavor, just wanted thicker.

Ok. Now this is the 2nd TSC ive been to recently that has really gone downhill in everything. First STOP ASKING IF I WANT TO LEAVE A TIP when paying. It is the biggest turn off. Your employees are NOT doing anything special but their regular job. They are not serving me. They are taking my order at the counter and making food.
