Today was my first trip in years to this location. I stood in line by myself for 15 minutes, while 3 employees remained busy, so I ordered online. 30 minutes later I'm told my smoothie was almost ready. 15 minutes later my order can't be found. Finally my melted smoothie is found, it was left by the cash register at some point, and handed to me. 1 hour wait for a melted overpriced smoothie in 100 degree weather.
Absolute worst Tropical Smoothie experience I've ever had. And I am a a dedicated Tropical Smoothie aficionado. Walked in at 12:15 and no one even acknowledged me until 12:25 and proceeded to tell me that they are no longer taking food orders because they are too far behind. They said they could take a smoothie order but it would take 10 to 15 minutes wait time. I came for lunch not just a smoothie. So now I have to travel another 6 mi to get to the next one.
Terrible experience with my order. Sadly the salad sat in water at the bottom of the bowl filled with shredded lettuce, and leaves of spinach on top .... Absolute mess, had to be thrown away.
