Drive through Order ID: 1490515142845 I visit this location at least 3 times a month if not more. 3 smoothies were ordered, nothing extravagant. Normally the smoothies are filled to the top and don't have a lot build-up of fluid floating on top, the 2nd drink had a huge gap to the top. The 3rd drink tasted like banana covered strawberries. The young guy seemed to be inconvenienced with our situation. 3 smoothies should not take 30 minutes to prepare. Plus someone redeemed my points (well played homie)
The food was great however the atmosphere was horrible I believe the man’s name was Pablo and he yelling profanity towards this young lady and she looked so scared and then later on you hear him making sexual jokes towards her and she just looked so uncomfortable and so did many other crew members . If I ever go back to this place again I hope he’s there because I can’t believe I held back seeing this. I am so disappointed in WHOEVER is supposed to be managing this team and store! As a first time customer I’m disappointed!

Ordered 2 smoothies and 2 food items for delivery. Didn’t get the smoothies. Driver said she asked staff and they told her my order didn’t have any smoothies, despite the receipt saying so. I’ve called the store five times and it goes to voicemail. But the voicemail is full.
