This is the second time I’ve done a DoorDash order and my order come incorrectly made, I was charged for extra coconut and received none in my bowl for the second time. And I asked for one thing to not be added and it came with it anyways and still didn’t receive the coconut I was charged extra for. Workers need to pay more attention to orders.
Got a pesto chicken sandwich and mango magic smoothie with ginger. Ate inside, very clean and nice building. Service was friendly. Food came out really quick, smoothie was a bit slower, but not too bad. Food was very very good.
We ordered a bowl and a smoothie from the evening shift, the bowl came out amazing, however the smoothie came out chunky and not blended at all. I went in to ask if they could re-blend it or remake it as it was in chunks and Kylie the girl on the smoothie bar said there was nothing they could do and to just “let it melt”. Picture on the left was how tropical smoothie blended it, picture on the right was after we had to re-blend it at home.
Not the best tropical smoothie I’ve been to. They took a while to get my order out and it didn’t taste as good as other locations I’ve been to. Employees were all on their phone and not working when I walked in.
