YOU ALL NEED TO GET DIFFERENT ALMONDS!!!! YOURS ARE ROCK HARD!!!! WE'VE TOLD THEM BEFORE AND WE LITERALLY TOOK ONE OUT OF OUR SMOOTHIE AND TRIED TO CRACK IT WITH A ROCK AND OUR BOOT AND IT BARELY SCUFFED IT!!!!!! SOMEONE IS GONNA NEED SERIOUS DENTAL WORK IF YOU ALL DON'T CHANGE IT.
Giving a HUGE shout out to April at the Pryor Tropical smoothie. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met, she truly made my whole day. Between the perfect customer service and their delicious smoothies, everyone should absolutely be going there often!
While the food and smoothies were tasty, the initial service experience was lacking. I had to wait at the front for a couple of minutes before my order was taken, despite two employees walking past me without acknowledgement in the meantime. Prompt customer attention at the counter would significantly improve the overall visit. Separately, the presentation of my apple wrapped in Saran wrap was a bit off-putting.
