I placed an online order for a cheese quesadilla and got a burn tortilla with very little cheese. I tried to just eat it without a complaint because I’m hungry before work but it was inedible. I do not have time to go back and get it fixed or go somewhere else for food before work.
Tropical is my favorite fast food restaurant I’ve been to many different locations and this one is trash when it comes to the food. Smoothies are good! but the hummus veggie wrap I got today had undercooked rice (the main filler) sour avocado and it was sopping wet 😭😭 took two bites threw my $9 away. This is reoccurring idk why they use bad ingredients so often I also don’t know why I keep going lol!

YOU ALL NEED TO GET DIFFERENT ALMONDS!!!! YOURS ARE ROCK HARD!!!! WE'VE TOLD THEM BEFORE AND WE LITERALLY TOOK ONE OUT OF OUR SMOOTHIE AND TRIED TO CRACK IT WITH A ROCK AND OUR BOOT AND IT BARELY SCUFFED IT!!!!!! SOMEONE IS GONNA NEED SERIOUS DENTAL WORK IF YOU ALL DON'T CHANGE IT.
