Great smoothies, friendly service, not sure about the atmosphere as I used the drive thru
I went to Tropical Cafe earlier today and had a smoothie that was just what I needed. However the cafe was packed and super loaded lol. Uber eats drivers were giving hard times to a young lady named Alyssa and she handled it so well. She was working food alone also helping another nice girl on smoothie I didn't get to speak to much (didn't catch her name). Excellent food and the perfect Acai Berry Boost! Friendly people work there
There was only two people working when we walked in. The girl that took our orders rolled her eyes and didn’t even greet us. She even had a nasty attitude while serving us. I wish they would train more in customer service and getting more staff
Alyssa was rude. They got my order wrong and then when I called to ask for the manager, she said she was the manager and hung up. Will never return to this location!
