Went here to grab a quick lunch. The guy at the front had no idea what they offered. Then they forgot my order, so I ended up wasting my lunch break just sitting here waiting. When they finally made my drink, it tasted like water, so I had to wait again for them to remake it. I’m just sad because I was really excited to have this drink again, only for it to taste like water—even after they made it twice. What a waste of my one-hour lunch. I will sadly not be returning to this location despite it being the closest to me by far. I've been a loyal Tropical Smoothie customer for years and have never had any issues with any location apart from this one. This is now the third time in a row that they have not included added ingredients I *paid* for, have refused to refund me, and have forgotten to include a straw for....a smoothie. The "manager", whose name I was told is Karla(?) was extremely rude and dismissive when I called to simply ask if I could be refunded fo... read more
45 minutes to get our food, they gave it to someone else and then tried to serve it to us. There were maybe 4 customers in the building…. Never had a bad experience at a Tropical Smoothie before.
