Don’t waste your time going here. The staff is very unprofessional young kids sitting down in the customer chairs and it’s the second time I’ve gone there and they don’t have what you need. They had no protein at all at 6 o’clock at night no sources of protein to offer for a smoothie shop that is crazy.
Bad disconnect between employees making food and making smoothies. I was told they are two separate teams. No oversight. No cohesion. It's completely disjointed. You need a new team leader.
Smoothie was good and it's a nice shop. The one who helped, AJ, was awesome as well.
I had the worst experience here. I typically order at the location via the app; never had an issue picking up at the window. Today I said I have an app order for Flora- they said “ “a WHAT for FLORA?!” I said an app order- then they said “you’ll need to come inside for that per corporate “ I’ve just never been advised of that so I told them no one has ever mentioned that.
