Worst tropical smoothie ive ever been to. Lack of any customer service at all.. i placed an online order and they were very late to making the order. They work slow and treat the job like they just dont care. Definitely a teen ran store because they have 0 work ethic. Hire more real adults at this location, you're giving a terrible look to your store with the people youve hired.
My granddaughter placed an order and asked me to pick it up on my way to her house. When I arrived at Tropical Cafe I told the girl behind the counter that this was my first visit and I wasn't familiar with what I needed to do. She said my order would be ready in a few minutes. A few minutes later she called my name and gave me 3 smoothies. Since I didn't place the order I assumed I had received everything. I put the drinks in the holder and got straws and left the shop. Food was made incorrectly. Staff was unhelpful and would not resolve the problem or issue a refund. Customer service was EXTREMELY poor, including the “help” (rolls eyes) of the general manager. I’ll never return to this location again.
