I just visited this place for the first time and ordered a Thai salad and a smoothie. The service was fine, nothing special. The smoothie came out first and is also fine. I got back to work, and started mixing the dressing into the salad and realized half the lettuce was frozen. Yuck. I don't know if the picture will do it justice, but there are ice crystals on the lettuce in the pic. I should've read the reviews before going.
I ordered 2 bowls today. Thru the drive thru. Normally its a wonderful. But today, the manager was yelling away at the employees there. And the employees were apologizing to me for his anger stating "hes mad at me" In what world is that acceptable? Especially in front of paying customers. The whole situation has put a terrible impact on my experience there. No employee should have to deal with that kind of toxic environment!!! I had to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich after ordering ahead. my smoothie was clearly watered down. Service was poor, the man who gave me my food was rude. I don’t usually complain, but I will not come to this location ever again.

This place is going down fast over the last two months. Customer service is at 50% and my last two visits machines have been down or they are out of something. Business owner needs to get into the location and start paying attention. Kids working location with no direction. Not coming back for 30 days.
