Was greeted as soon as I pulled through the drive through which was nice, as I arrived to the pickup window it took them 12 minutes to even greet me so I could pay for my food mind you I was the only person in the drive thru line and the parking lot was empty. Service has seriously gone downhill at this location. I think the teenagers would rather play on their phones in the back then greet customers. I was there last night around 7:30 ish and I ordered two flatbreads, one of those flatbreads being the pb banana crunch flatbread…..first off I was the only one in line and I waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window to take my money, and then the brunette girl who gave me the order took my cash and gave me my food as if I was bothering HER.
