Waited 15 mins at the register for our order to be taken, tall slender guy just ignored us the whole time, mind you no one was in the drive thru and only one other person was in the store, not like it was busy its also 10am. Will never come here again he straight looked at us several times and did not care.
Drinks were terrible. I go to a different tropical cafe and I never have a problem. Simply disappointing and wasted my money buying 2 drinks that I didn’t like. My husbands was ok.
Smoothies are awful, asked for an exchange of the same value and was declined . Insisted in a refund and still refused .
Great smoothies, but the lids are HORRIBLE. This is the 3rd time it spilled all over me or inside my car. Please get better lids\cups.
