Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places. I always have a great experience at other locations. Stopped at this location on my way through Waco. Smoothie was fine. Employees and atmosphere has a very unwelcoming vibe.
Great food, great smoothies, but store is devoid of any other customers inside when stopping by in late afternoon/ early evening to pickup my online order. The Chipotle Chicken Club is great!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The portion size compared to the price is silly and honestly unethical. The workers are incompetent. My daughter wanted Mamaka but it’s Sunday & they are closed. I was excited to try here as an alternate option and was wildly disappointed. I got a refund for the acai bowl because it was not worth $12, but I wish I got a refund for my other bowl as well. The base wasn’t good and the fruit was hard. This was awful There’s no way that a premade mix that took him 2 seconds to throw in a blender and came out as a watery smoothie is worth nine dollars. Don’t waste your money like I did.
