Here's how to make a negative experience a positive one: I placed my order through the app and left my apartment ten minutes later. Took me four minutes to get to the Cafe. As I sat waiting, I realized they're doing all the drive-thru orders first. Probably because they have a time quota to meet or because drive-thru waiting angers people. Took 30 minutes to get our food, pulled Up to the window and they didn’t even know we ordered anything then got our order wrong after telling them very clearly what we wanted. Seems like everybody else is having to wait. Long periods of time to their staff is just slow.
Went to tropical smoothie 6/27 ordered a chicken PETSO flatbread and got absolutely no pesto. Ordered a 3 cheese Chicken quesadilla and there were onions on it? Terrible service tonight. Super disappointed.
