Everyone is super nice and the food is amazing.
I used to love this place and ate here regularly but after my last experience I will never go back. Their smoothies and food aren’t the issue. I ordered a santa fe quesadilla and within 2 hours of eating it was violently vomiting to the point blood came up. Come to find out I had food poisoning and bed ridden sick for 2 weeks because of that. I understand mistakes happen but this is a mistake that should never happen. I love Tropical Smoothie only for their Acai Bowls! I'm hooked! Those bowls are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone! I have tried some of their smoothies as well and have no complaints there either. The two employees that work there are kind and always get my order right.
Since the staff was adjusted one year ago, I was skeptical on whether I would prefer them going forward or not…easy to state, that I do most definitely. The staff of Sam and Yogi are hardworking and humorous at times regarding how often you visit the location. They are prompt with their timing of transactions and getting your order, but only because they care and are concerned about the turn around time between orders. Much respect.
