I just had one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m a single mom of two kids, One is four month old, the other 2 year-old, I’ve never been to tropical smoothie before, This was my only day off, I work 12 hour days, six days a week, I wanted to enjoy the day and started it off with a smoothie for me and my daughter, everything was fine. Howie The manager was extremely caring and communicated with me about the importance of the surveys how it helps the whole restaurant and Company. Myself and three other friends frequent Tropical Smoothie and I feel like this is by far the nicest one of them all. Friendly, clean and caring! Give that man a raise thank you.
