This location is always dreadfully understaffed. Wait times are long. Waited 15m for a smoothie order. They’re clearly overwhelmed, get more staff!
Tyesha is the best
The service I received was absolutely terrible. I ordered a 4-smoothie and an acai bowl, but they charged me for an extra Nutella butter. When I inquired about it, they claimed they had run out and refused to discuss the issue further. To make matters worse, one of my smoothies wasn’t even the one I had ordered.
Ms brown was very friendly upon entry. She assisted me with my order and made sure I received my reward points.
