Howie The manager was extremely caring and communicated with me about the importance of the surveys how it helps the whole restaurant and Company. Myself and three other friends frequent Tropical Smoothie and I feel like this is by far the nicest one of them all. Friendly, clean and caring! Give that man a raise thank you.

Came in a full hour before close and I just stood directly in front of the counter for five minutes making occasional eye contact with the one guy doing something out of direct view while the girl in back is oblivious to anything. I called out "hello" several times only to be glanced at by the man as he continued. Go somewhere else for your smoothies. Not worth the wait. Plus Imagine Dragons was blasting from the speakers. Would not recommend this place.
