Customer service is awful! Went to the Waxahachie location and WOW they are on top of their game, excellent service. Not sure what’s going on in Midlothian but the service stinks everywhere! I’ll drive the distance for good service. Come on Midlo. Do better!
This location is awful. I went at 10:15am on thursday 04/24. I love tropical smoothie but whoever the manager was on shift today was incredibly rude and made me want to leave and just drive to the waxahachie location. We wanted our smoothie remade because a girl I brought who has never tried it before wanted something else added and I said we could refund and pay for the add on and she was visibly mad by our request and then took the smoothie and threw it in the trash very loudly.
