I recently stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe early in the morning specifically to take advantage of their advertised early bird promotion. Extremely disappointing order with clear issues in accuracy and quality control. What was supposed to be a chicken roll-up turned out to be completely wrong—one of the items was just cheese on bread, missing the main ingredient entirely.On top of that, the smoothie was poorly made and had more of a watery, juice-like consistency than an actual blended drink. I would strongly advise against visiting this location. From the moment I walked in, there was a complete lack of basic customer acknowledgment. Despite standing at the front for several minutes, no one greeted me or made any effort to assist, even though staff were visibly present and working.The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and poorly managed, with employees appearing overwhelmed and inattentive. Ordered delivery and had a very disturbing experience with this location. The meal started off normally, but after just one bite of the wrap, I discovered a foreign object inside—a rubber band mixed into the food.
