Really disappointed with this location. I had tried ordering the $12 Chia Oatmeal from a few other Tropical Smoothie locations, but they were sold out. This was one of the only locations showing it was available, so I was excited to finally get it. I placed an online pickup order, and although it was ready when I arrived, the oatmeal was completely frozen. I had to wait about 2 hours for it to thaw before I could eat it. Pulled up to the drive-thru before closing (I didn’t realize they were closing soon since I don’t eat here frequently) and ordered a wrap and a smoothie. I couldn’t hear the young lady taking my order, so I said, “Excuse me?” so she could repeat the question.
