Paid 10 dollars for a smoothie and added an extra scoop of whey. When asked if I can get the excess smoothie left so I can ensure I’m getting all my protein, was told no, they weren’t able to do that. I’m assuming they throw away the excess anyways so I didn’t see the issue as to why they couldn’t let me have the excess in another cup. After all, I am paying 10 dollars for it… Won’t be back.
Today was my birthday, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I am a regular customer and spend money here often since I live right across the street. I didn’t know about the rewards app before today, but once I found out, I immediately downloaded it and even offered to show my ID to verify that it was truly my birthday. Love coming here after the gym three times a week, but the only thing I really cannot stand is when the girls are Having a full-blown conversation While making my flatbread I don’t like the way they are constantly talking over my food. It was so bad one time I told them I didn’t want that Flatbread because while making it, the girl was laughing so hard and talking so much I told her if she can make me a new one
