Quick service no wait
I got an açaí bowl here recently that had a completely rotted banana on it. I couldn’t believe they served it to me. But the bigger issue for me is the service when I come there within an hour of close. The doors are always locked by 8 with the lights and open sign turned off when they close at 9. They seem frustrated but direct us through the drive thru if it’s 8 or later. A few times I came at 8:30ish and they told me the food was already put up. Do they close at 9 or 8?
Normally, this place is great! However, today, Chipotle Chicken Club was barely warm and had very little Chipotle sauce on it.
Very bad customer service, I don’t like to complain but I couldn’t hear her very well and she was rude. No greetings leaving and she was just not nice
