I prefer this tropical smoothie over others I have visited in Polk County. I never have to worry about my drink not tasting good. One of the workers in the back transferred from another tropical smoothie years ago and I was so happy she did. I much prefer this tropical smoothie compared to others.
We ordered $40 worth of smoothies, I asked for a small cup to place some of our smoothie in for my baby and they told me, I would need to pay an additional.25 when I just paid over $40. I even asked for a water cup and they stated still .25. I will keep going to Champions Gate before I come here and spend like that again.
All three employees were pleasant and greeted me with a smile, the kitchen area was spotless and food areas were properly covered. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
Some of the best service I have ever had. The staff is excellent
