I came in today for the first time not knowing what to get, I asked a young lady for a recommendation, her name was shammah and she was very helpful and asked me about what I like and dislike. She recommended me the mango monsoon which I loved a lot and will definitely come back again!
Such a Friendly Tropical Smoothie location! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Quick, hard working staff and my acai bowl was DELLLLLICIOUS! Clean, well kept café. Tables were nice and clean and floor was nicely kept. I will definitely be back 😊💕💕
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at this Tropical Smoothie location. I placed a mobile order and arrived to find my smoothie already made and sitting out on the counter. As my food was still being prepared, the smoothie continued to melt. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. The black girl with red weave messed up my smoothie and filled it 75% full to take the rest of the smoothie for herself in a small cup! When I asked to please fill up the smoothie they got petty and put my lid on the dirty counter! The smoothie tasted dirty and I just asked for a refund. The manager proceeded to lie and say their policy is NO REFUNDS which I know is not true! I left unhappy without the smoothie and no refund. @tropicalsmoothie Fix this ASAP
