Jennifer and Demetrius are the absolute best they were so kind to me when I ordered, suggested great breakfast items, and cared thoroughly about sustainability. This is the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have been too and I can't wait to come back! Plus they have great tunes :)
Bowie tropical smoothie is the absolute best! I live much closer to the Waugh Chapel tropical smoothie and go out of my way to come all the way to Bowie because the customer service here cannot be beat. No matter what time of the day or night I come, whoever is working is always extremely pleasant ,friendly and working very hard. If the store is not busy, they’re always busy cleaning, etc. Love these kids.!!
I live in South Lake and this is the closest Tropical Smoothie until they open another location in our neighborhood. Tonight was actually my second time here. The first time I came with my kids well before closing and the staff was rude and short. Today I came to get food for my kids about 10 minutes before closing and they were still rude and short. Rude employee, all of that disrespect and meanness is not appropriate for someone just picking up an order.
I visited this location a few minutes ago and the serving staff was rude and disrespectful
