I visited this location a few minutes ago and the serving staff was rude and disrespectful
I enjoy grabbing acai bowls from here. The service is fine, very average but the employees know the menu. The inventory could be more consistent so things are always available. The tables are sticky, but the bowls taste the same every time and thats the important thing.
If this was my first tropical smoothie experience, I would never return. This location is by far the worst location ever. Smoothie machines broken, employees bang on it to get it to blend. You end up with chunks of fruit and ice pieces. They didn’t have proper ingredients for a wrap nor did they call or put a disclaimer on app informing customers. I’ve never left a review before but this place is so nasty that I had to say something about it. When I walked into the store, I was IMMEDIATELY hit with a foul stench that I can’t even describe. On top of this, there were hoards of flies buzzing around the kitchen area. Overall the place is really unsanitary and makes me question if I should come back. Where do I start. From the phone usual while they should be making smoothies. To the rotten fruit I saw from the counter to the rotten fruit smell. I just wasted $12 well more because I’m going to smoothie king where the fruit is covered to avoid flys unlike this place that had flies everywhere. Just go to smoothie king.
