I ordered a delivery order through the tropical smoothie app. The delivery service they use is door dash. The driver cancelled my Order. I tried to contact door dash who told Me to contact tropical smoothie. I contacted tropical smoothie who told me "it was nothing they could do because the driver picked up the order" and to contact door dash. if I ordered thru the stores app how is that not your problem?
