Tropical Smoothie in Colonial Heights only gives 1 day to pickup your Birthday Smoothie! This is senseless! I was out with family and didn’t have time to pick up my free item! You need to be like other restaurant Establishments and give a person 7-30 days to pick up! Most of my free bday items from stores has given me 30 days to pick it up!!! For one, this is the 2nd time we have come to this location & the food is not all the way heated up… we walked out before we checked our food unfortunately .. not only that but we got the wrong order. Not the 1st time this has happened. For two, the high chairs never work & actually keep the baby in the chair, so it’s never safe or pleasant eating inside. Amari & Jolie was remarkable. They were friendly, respectful. My sandwich was not made to my liking. Remade it over it was delicious. Amari went above & beyond to render me great service. Their customer service skills, communication was amazing.
