The quality of service that this location provides has significantly dropped since it opened. Used to be my favorite place to go in town. The people working are an embarrassment to the franchise. Customer service is near nonexistent and everyone needs retrained.
Good clean food and service was great too.
We stop in at least twice a month and today an employee was working by herself before noon on a Sunday. I believe her name was Kathleen based off the receipt. She maintained a positive attitude regardless of how many online orders kept popping up and how many people walked in the door just while we were there. I get TSC nearly every day of my life as I travel for work. This has to be the absolute worst location I've ever seen. Unfortunately, it's my local location too. I would say that half of the time, they don't open on time. The other half of the time, the order takes 20-25 minutes anyway. It's a pretty consistent lock that your order is going to be messed up if it's custom in any way at all. I love tropical smoothie, just not this location. Always slow even when they are not busy and always mess up the order.
