This location is horrible and not like any other tropical smoothie. After waiting in the drive through lane of 3 cars for 15 minutes, we get to the window where they tell us the ice machine is down and they cant make smoothies. Why even be open?
Waited in line for an hour for an order I placed A whole hour prior. Was told Multiple time to wait. This happens Nearly every time anyone from town comes to this tropical smoothie and it’s outrageous. Come to find out, the food had been ready for a whole hour and just sat there. Absolutely refuse to come Back. Can’t believe I would Bother even tipping with how poor everything was.
smoothie and bowl were great, but when I went to ask for military discount she proceeded to say no bc they don’t want to associate with Trump… lol

Chicken in the chicken wraps are clearly microwaved chicken pieces. 2 wraps and 2 smoothies almost cost $40. There was ZERO seasoning in my jerk wrap. If I'm in a pinch and need something healthy, this might have been ok, but it takes FOREVER to get your food and drinks through the drive through. The staff was a bunch of young kids that aren't necessarily rude, but they definitely don't know what customer service is. Not going back any time soon.
