Why, does it take them so Effin long to make a simple order. It’s not like their making me a stake or something like that. I mean 20 or 30 minutes with an empty restaurant seems ridiculous.
I rarely leave negative reviews in a business because I understand what it takes to run a business. I hope this is seen as constructive feedback to provide a better service. Tropical Smoothie needs a service overhaul. Every time I’ve tried it, the service has been extremely slow. The experience with the employees has felt rushed and bothersome. Today was the final straw. I went this tropical smoothie with my husband and I nicely said hi and the cashier didn't even responded. They were 5 associates and only 2 of them were actually working, the other 3 were standing around ahd chatting. After we waited 10 minutes for our food the cashier said "she forgot to prepare our order".
The latte art is always impressive and adds a special touch to the drinks.
