Employees very rude did not read my order, got my order wrong for someone that never been to tropical smoothie I didn’t know what was going on I didn’t feel welcome
Trash everywhere. Long wait times. Incorrect items. I used to come daily but won’t be coming back. This place is filthy!!
A new Wom3n to that’s employed there can not make smoothies at all. How do you manage to to forget the sweetness of the drink. Plan and dry. My kids hated their drink. Do better or hire employees that know how to make a simple drink.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. I ordered only ONE smoothie bowl and it took them over 30 mins to finish making it meanwhile, I watched my bowl sit there on the counter halfway made while the employees carried on conversations with ZERO sense of urgency to finish making my order. Simply ridiculous
