Literally just stood here for 15 minutes with out even a hello from behind the counter. I walked out your customer service is a joke. They were not busy either not a single order on the screen. Won’t be back.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have always enjoyed Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but my experience at the Breckenridge Shopping Center location on Nov 26 was terrible. I walked in at 7:20 PM and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the employee—who was wearing earbuds—acknowledged me. He walked up slowly, refused to speak, and when I asked a question about ordering, he just pointed at the menu board without a word.
