I ordered my food and sat down near the counter to wait. I guess this counter is also their work station for the blender cups in queue, because an employee was nearby filling the cups with ice. However, she was throwing the ice in the blender cups so aggressively that it was flying off the counter onto the floor below and hitting me (I am sure that her actions can be seen on any cameras of the front lobby). I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app. A wrap, chips, and a Smoothie. The door dasher only brought me my Smoothie. I tried contacting the store but there phone was off the hook and I couldn't get through. As annoying as that was when I was so excited to eat. I went to the store after I got off of work. Explained what had happened and they replaced my wrap for free and let me keep the old one that was still sitting in the door dash section of the store. It was hot and fresh. The place was filthy. When I walked in, there was a bunch of kids sitting down on their phones talking. I thought they were customers. I go up to the register and wait for about ten minutes. Those kids that were just sitting on their phones and talking, get up and proceed to walk behind the register without acknowledging me. I realized that they're working there.
