Me, My Husband and son decided to stop in here last Wednesday 3/11/2026. We had just walked through the front door and I do believe the manager that was working that day looked over and gave us the dirtiest look And all the staff scattered to the back. Next thing we noticed, they all start coming out, laughing and looking at us and I find that very unprofessional. We absolutely loved coming to this location, but after what happened last Wednesday, we will not be back.
Shout out to the workers that have to put up with their manager. Having younger workers does not EVER excuse being disrespectful to them (let alone in front of customers). I so badly wanted to tell the workers to just walk out ❌👎
I had a mixed experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe In Beavercreek. The Bahama Mama smoothie was really good —it was fresh, cold, and had great flavor. I would definitely order that again. However, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was terrible . It didn’t taste very good and was disappointing compared to the smoothie. While I was there, I also heard another customer complaining because their sandwich didn’t have any chicken in it, and they were really upset and even talking about suing. They got rid of their super green bowls, only food worth eating here. Smoothie are still good if don't mind paying $6-$7 for one.
I got a Chicken Caesar wrap for dinner and there was hardly any Caesar dressing on it. It was pretty much dry.
