Absolutely fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless—the team was constantly wiping down counters and keeping everything fresh and clean, which I really appreciated. A "shift lead" was cussing at a worker making it an uncomfortable experience at tropical smoothie. kids managing kids..
Smoothies are fine, but the service is Soooooo......sloooooooow. 30m wait for a smoothie (!), and that's consistent over multiple visits. It's not complicated.. It's a blender. Find another location...this one needs a manager over 16.
