Really professional
The first time my wife and I visited this location it was an awesome experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was very professional and courteous.

Unfortunately, this location consistently seems understaffed, especially toward closing time. I had to wait a long time for an online order, and when I finally received it, my chicken wrap was cold. The cashier was also responsible for preparing orders, which made it clear that one employee was being expected to handle too much at once. This location definitely needs additional staff and, ideally, a supervisor on duty at all times to help ensure operations run smoothly.
