This review is strictly about the inconsistency of smoothies and service I get from this location. Sometimes the smoothies are good, other times they’re not—it depends on who makes it. I’ve gotten smoothies that lack flavor, aren’t thick enough, not blended well, not sweet enough… the list goes on, even after I ask for them to be remade. And for almost $10 a smoothie, that shouldn’t be happening. Watch your receipts!! Automatic 15% tip is highlighted on the screen and even when you select no tip, it was added. After reviewing my receipt, I asked for the tip to be refunded. I was informed that no manager was on duty and they would have to take money and change from the tip jar!! Staff looked clueless on how to handle incorrect charges through the POS system.

I decided to try this place because my Goddaughter enjoys it so much. I’m giving 3 stars because while the staff was quick, neat, and clean when preparing the smoothies, I noticed something concerning. After pouring each order into the cup — including mine — there was still a noticeable amount left in the mixing container. Instead of adding it to the cup, they simply rinsed it down the drain.
