Ordered takeout for an event - mix of sandwiches, wraps, chips and kale salads. Food was ready when we arrived to pick up and everyone raved about the sandwiches and wraps! Manager Abby was prompt and courteous! Thank you crew!

The wrap was so tiny it was like a child’s size. Never have I ever gotten such a small wrap at tropical smoothie before. Hopefully this was just a one time mistake.
I don't mind paying extra for something, but when you are out of it, take it off the ordering app or give me my money back.
