I live in the neighborhood so this WAS my preferred location but NEVER AGAIN will I be coming back EVERY-TIME without a fail the staff is rude barely gives you a chance to speak, non friendly atmosphere and they seem careless. I always ask for extra items on my food (of the ingredients already on that dish) and it’s NEVER added. I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe—it is my absolute favorite place for food and smoothies, and it always makes my body feel great. However, during recent visits, the ice hasn't been blended finely enough. Instead of a smooth drink, it ends up chunky, and large ice pieces completely plug up the straw. I really want to keep coming back, so please make sure the team blends the smoothies thoroughly so they are actually smooth!
