I had put in a complaint letting them know I received a sour smoothie and it was not drinkable. I received a call from a manager who was very nice, we spoke about it and I was told to say my name next time I come in it will be in the book for a free smoothie. Well I just did that and guess what my names not in the book. So now I’m embarrassed & the woman behind the counter won’t do anything because my name isn’t there.
I went this morning to grab smoothies for me and my sister. The smoothies were great and the place was super clean. One of the staff even offered to give me a refund when I came back after I dropped my smoothie. Goes to show how kindness can go a long way. Definitely worth the visit!
